Will KairoDesk read all my emails?

Accepted Answer

Only the ones outside your Privacy Zones — and only the scope each feature needs (last 24 hours for Morning Clarity, last 90 days for Drift Detector, etc.). Emails matching a Privacy Zone are filtered before they reach the model.

What if I’m already on Google Workspace Intelligence or Microsoft Copilot?

KairoDesk augments them — it doesn’t replace them. Most users keep their bundled assistant for inline editing and use KairoDesk for the audit trail, contract review, and invoice chasing that bundles don’t cover.

How is my data used?

Accepted Answer

It is never used to train AI models — contractual with our model provider, not a preference. It’s never sold and never shared with advertisers (we have no ad business). You can delete your data at any time.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No contract, no exit fees. Cancel from the billing settings; your Action Ledger remains exportable for 60 days after cancellation, then is permanently deleted.

Do you support Outlook and Microsoft 365?

Outlook support ships shortly after public launch via Microsoft Graph. Gmail + Google Calendar are supported at launch.

What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?

Accepted Answer

No auto-charge. We never collect your card upfront. At the end of the trial you choose to subscribe to Plus or Pro, or to stay on the Free plan with reduced capacity. Either way, your data stays.
